19 Jul United Breaks Out Thursday 30 July – Monday 3 August
Let the Church emerge, more powerful than ever, to lead us into a world where signs and wonders are our new normal.
Venue: Homes, gardens, local churches, parks/green spaces (within current rules!)
We are thrilled that Archbishop Justin Welby will be our keynote speaker on Sunday 2nd August.
He will be sharing with us wisdom on ‘responding well to crises’ and we are looking forward to hearing how God will speak to us through the Archbishop.
Join us at United Breaks Out – less than two weeks to go!
Our main programme includes a mix of celebrations, worship, Bible teaching, TED-style talks, sofa sessions, live webinars and more. We’ll cover key issues that matter today: grief, loss & lament; the power of the Holy Spirit; race; preparing for a new world; mental health & wellbeing; parenting; prayer; apologetics; and creation care.
Our Kids are becoming Space Cadets! There’ll be songs, challenges, stories, teaching & gunge. Plus, we’re launching our brand new Augmented Reality App – with stories, games, prayer and worship to help kids encounter God in new ways.
For 11-18s, LUMINOSITY will bring breakfast devotions & chat, challenges, evening celebrations, high-energy worship & seminars covering mental health & anxiety, evangelism, calling, leadership, social media & the world we could create.
If you’re part of our Leadership Network, you’ll be able to access a programme of 1-2-1 prayer slots, mission consultations & international gatherings via Zoom as well as discussions with special guests about ‘What’s next for the local church?’, ‘Leading & well-being’ and ‘Mission & planting’.
In our online Resource Venue you’ll find St Andrew’s Bookshop and other shops including Christian Gift Co and Wee Sparrow, and opportunities to connect with Christian organisations including BRF, CAP, Open Doors and Hope for Justice. Using our interactive map you can also access charity experiences from Mercy Ships, MedAir, Compassion and MAF.
Hundreds of people have already signed up to be Community Makers for their church or friendship group during United Breaks Out. They’ll be organising After Hours online gatherings and encouraging people to connect and share what God is doing. If you’re interested in becoming a Community Maker, email us at email@example.com or join the Community Makers Facebook Group.
